Shipping Policies

Due to COVID-19, USPS Shipping Transit Times have been extended for all services. Delays may occur and are outside Landon Girl's control. USPS is not guaranteeing personal home requests at this time. Please ensure you are able to accept your delivery prior to placing your order.

To ensure you receive your package within the time frames we disclose on our site, please enter your address correctly.  It is critical that you use the street numbers, building and/or apartment numbers to ensure there are no delays in your delivery. Make sure you are shipping items to a secure location as these packages will not be insured. If any errors occur, we are not responsible for refused packages, lost, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided does not match the address entered at the time of your purchase.  

Processing Time
When purchasing, your payment is made immediately to ensure that you are in line to receive the item.   

We process order in the order that they are received. It can take 3-7 business  days to process your order.  Please keep in mind this time frame is separate from our shipping time.

Shipping/ Delivery Times 
Shipping times typically take anywhere from 7-15 business days, but should not exceed 21 business days for your order to be delivered depending on the destination you live.  If for any reason there is a delay due to high demand, the proper correspondence will be sent to notify you of updates via email. 

Note: Please be advised that shipping fees are non-refundable. If your shipment is refused, you are responsible to pay for the shipping fees and handling fees even when your package is returned to us directly. 

Holiday Shipping/delivery

Please be advised that shipping and/or delivery times maybe delayed due to high demand.  Please note USPS may delay shipment of your package due to unforeseen events and weather. Please contact the shipping courier if there is an issue with shipment.

We do not have control over packages after it has left our warehouse.

Lost/ Missing Packages

If your tracking indicates your order has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly within 7 days.

Helpful hint: Shipping rates may vary depending on where you live.  Some countries add tariffs after your payment has been accepted.  We are not liable for any additional cost. You will be notified if you have a remaining balance. Please see return policies prior to placing an order.

Please note that pre-orders are shipped separately from in-stock items. If you purchase an item that is in stock, it will be shipped in the same order as the pre-ordered item. 

If you wish to receive your in-stock item sooner, please place it on a separate order. Priority Mail and Express shipping is available for this option.

Agreement
If you made a purchase on our site Landon Girl, you have acknowledged and accepted that your order will be processed at the specified date which is provided via tracking and/or our website. Orders will not be cancelled if the customer fails to acknowledge or review terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
