SHIPPING POLICIES

COVID-19 is still in effect.  Until further notice, USPS Shipping Transit Times have been extended for all services. Delays may occur and are outside Landon Girl's control. USPS is not guaranteeing personal home requests at this time. Please ensure you are able to accept your delivery prior to placing your order. Signature of receipt maybe required .

To ensure you receive your package within the time frames we disclose on our site, please enter your address correctly.  It is critical that you use the street numbers, building and/or apartment numbers to ensure there are no delays in your delivery. Make sure you are shipping items to a secure location as these packages will not be insured. If any errors occur, we are not responsible for refused packages, lost, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided does not match the address entered at the time of your purchase. 
 

Processing Time
Payment authorization can take up to 10 business days (depending on your merchant). We process orders in the order that they are received.  

Pre-order Shipping
Pre-order shipping times typically take anywhere from 15-25 days for your order to be delivered depending on the destination you live. 

Rush Shipping
Standard Shipping times typically take anywhere from 7-15 business days. 

Local Pick-up ( Orlando, FL residents only)
Processing times typically take anywhere from 3-15 days depending on
your agreed upon scheduled pick-up day.

Note: Please be advised that standard shipping fees are non-refundable. If your shipment is refused, you are responsible to pay for postage.  Once we receive your refused order, you are able to request for your items to be shipped again at your own expense within 72 hours. If  you do not notified us within this time, we will restock your items and you will be email an E-Gift Card to use as store credit minus shipping towards your next purchase. 

**Some items are NOT eligible for express shipping. ONLY ELIGIBLE
ITEMS WILL BE NOTED IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION. Please review your order and order in advance if you need your items by a specific date. We are working to process all orders at a faster rate. Thank you for your patience. 

Holiday Shipping/delivery

Please be advised that shipping and/or delivery times maybe delayed due to high demand.  Please note USPS may delay shipment of your package due to unforeseen events and weather. Please contact the shipping courier if there is an issue with shipment. You will receive tracking via email once this information has been made available from our manufacturer. 

We do not have control over packages after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Lost/ Missing Packages

If your tracking indicates your order has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly within 7 days.

Helpful hint: Shipping rates may vary depending on where you live.  Some countries add tariffs after your payment has been accepted.  We are not liable for any additional cost. You will be notified if you have a remaining balance. Please see return policies prior to placing an order.

Multiple Orders
We are unable to waive shipping fees if you purchase items on different days. Please purchase all items in one order to avoid any additional shipping cost. 

Agreement

If you made a purchase on our site www.asiaalyssa.com, you have acknowledged and accepted that your order will be processed at the specified date which is provided via tracking and/or our website. Orders will not be cancelled if the customer fails to acknowledge or review terms.
