You may return your items for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you order the wrong size, you may exchange your item for the correct size if the item is available. Please keep in mind shipping and handling fees apply. If this is our error when processing your order, we will provide a return shipping label. Please take your measurements prior to placing your order.

Landon Girl is not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
If we send the wrong item(s) to you or you received a damaged item, then you can return it to us for the correct item(s). You should report the problem within 3 days of receiving the products and return it within 14 days. The item(s) must be in it's original condition when returning to us.
When the returned package is received by our distribution center, we will examine the item(s), check the problem, and then we will ship the correct item(s) back to you without extra cost.
If we discover nothing is wrong with the item(s), we will promptly ship them back to you. In this case, you have to pay the shipping fees in both directions.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, sanitary goods, and hair.
Wigs: Wigs can only be returned for store credit if it's in its original condition.
All items are inspected prior to being packaged and shipped.
