RETURN POLICY

NO REFUNDS

As a courtesy to our customers you may return your items for store credit within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items should not be worn, washed, or damaged. Items should be returned it's original condition.

Please return your Please email us directly at customerservice@landongirl.com with your name, email and order number and you will receive an RMA (return authorization number).  You are responsible for shipping fees. If you are outside of the return period, we are unable to honor requests at this time. 


Exchanges 
We do not accept exchanges at this time. 

Cancellations/ Duplicate Orders (if applicable)
Once you place your order(s), it is not guaranteed you will be able to cancel immediately. If we have not processed and a label has not been generated, we will cancel your order for store credit only. If a label has been generated, you will have to allow your items to be dispatched and initiate a return upon receiving your items. 

Helpful hint: Tracking

Landon Girl is not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Damaged Items 
If we send the wrong item(s) to you or you received a damaged item, then you can return it to us for the correct item(s).  You should report the problem within 3 days of receiving the products and return it within 14 days. The item(s) must be in it's original condition when returning to us. 

When the returned package is received by our distribution center, we will examine the item(s), check the problem, and then we will ship the correct item(s) back to you without extra cost.

If we discover nothing is wrong with the item(s), we will promptly ship them back to you. In this case, you have to pay the shipping fees in both directions.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate and all sanitary goods.

Restocking Fee Please note a 25% restocking fee may apply when applicable
