Return Policy

You may return your items for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order for merchandise credit only. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us directly at customerservice@landongirl.com with your name, email and order number.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not accept exchanges at this time. 

Cancellations/ Duplicate Orders (if applicable)
Please be advised that all sales are final. In the even you place an order, you may return for store credit minus any return postage. Store credit will be issued to you via email in the form of a digital gift card. At this time, we do not accept order cancellations or refunds. 

Returned to Sender
If you are unable to accept your package, refuse your package or it is returned to sender, there is a restocking/ handling fee.

Restocking/ Handling fee 
Restocking fee/ Handling fee = $15 (USA Only) $25 (Rest of the World)

Reship = cost of postage (depending on the destination in which you live) + handling fee of $15. (USA Only)  $25 ( Rest of the World)

If your item is restocked, it will be deducted from your store credit balance. Your store credit (merchandise credit) will be sent via email as a digital gift card.


Helpful hint: Tracking

Landon Girl is not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Damaged Items 
If we send the wrong item(s) to you or you received a damaged item, then you can return it to us for the correct item(s).  You should report the problem within 3 days of receiving the products and return it within 14 days. The item(s) must be in it's original condition when returning to us. 

When the returned package is received by our distribution center, we will examine the item(s), check the problem, and then we will ship the correct item(s) back to you without extra cost.

If we discover nothing is wrong with the item(s), we will promptly ship them back to you. In this case, you have to pay the shipping fees in both directions.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, sanitary goods. Hair maybe returned for store credit as long it is not washed, have any smell, or tampered with in anyway.

Wigs: Wigs can only be returned for merchandise credit only if it's in its original condition. 

Quality Control
All items are inspected prior to being packaged and shipped.
